1- Avoid heavy foods which affect the digestion. Choose a light diet, preferably from fruits and vegetables.
2- Consume enough liquid, especially water and natural juices that help restore the minerals.
3- Use light clothing and avoid synthetic fabrics that hinder perspiration.
4- If you are exposed to the sun, make sure to use protective cap and, especially in children.
5- Wear comfortable shoes.
6- Avoid drinking excess alcohol.

1- Exfoliate the skin and spend a moisturizer before applying the product.
2- Apply a dry basis and free of oil, on the whole face, starting at the forehead.
Pass in the neck to be more harmonious and less artificial.
3- To give an impression of healthy skin, light and bright, apply powder with tan effect.
4- Improve the format of the eyebrows with a brown pencil.
5- Use a pearly gold or beige shadow across lid.
6- To give a special touch and have a make up more alive, apply in internal and external corners of the eyes a shadow color. Choose blue, green or purple.
7- Pass pencil inside the eyes to make the look more and apply waterproof mascara.
8- Choose a shade of blush to give an effect of natural tan, like watermelon, peach. Apply on the apples of the face. Finally, a lip gloss and you're ready!
